When will construction begin?
Construction will commence in 2007.

Will a boat slip come with my unit?
Boat slips, storage and launch will be available for lease by townhome owners on a priority basis. Please visit our Marina Services page for more information.

Will I have guest parking spaces?
Ample guest parking throughout the site will be available to the guests of each townhome owner.

What will the HOA fee be?
At time of escrow, all Home Owner's Association dues and fees will be available for your review.

How will I be able to customize my new home?
We will have design showroom with trained professionals to assist you in customizing your townhome.

Do I need a real estate agent to purchase a new home?
Our trained professionals will assist you in completing the purchasing process.

How do I learn about financing my purchase?
Our trained professionals will be able to offer you several financing options. However, we will cooperate with any lender of your choice.

Will all units have a water view?
We have designed the project to maximize the view of the Laughlin Bay Marina, Colorado River and the surrounding Mountains.

Is the garage large enough to store my boat?
All garages are attached and have been designed to accommodate two cars and to a minimum depth of 30 ft.
